How to return an order

Use the Returns & Exchanges section to start your request. APPYTOYS reviews every return before you send anything.

1. Submit your request

Open Returns & Exchanges, identify your order and submit the request within 14 days.

2. Wait for approval and instructions

Do not send the product before APPYTOYS confirms the return and provides the exact authorised logistics centre.

3. Ship with tracking

For a standard return, use a tracked courier at your expense, keep proof of dispatch and send the tracking details promptly.

4. Warehouse review

The returned goods are checked when received. Refund handling follows the Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
